Pollock Country Park - The Pollock Country Park has one of Scotland's top museums which houses Glasgow's most prominent cultural attraction, The Burrell Collection. Glasgow School of Art - This educational institute is one of Glasgow's most impressive buildings. The Glasgow School of Art is amazing both inside and out, the library is breathtaking.
Glasgow Cathedral - This incredible gothic style cathedral is the only cathedral in Scotland to have survived the Reformation. The building dates back to the 15th century and inside it has much of interest to see.
Gallery of Modern Art - This contemporary art collection is housed in a fantastic old mansion in Glasgow's Royal Exchange Square. The gallery always has some excellent permanent and temporary exhibitions on offer.
Kelvin Grove Art Gallery and Museum - This fantastic attraction has a great collection of art from Scotland and beyond. The gallery has a wide collection of art from many famous artists including Picasso and Van Gogh. The museum has artefacts and archaeological finds af a diverse nature. |
