Callander, always a good place to start your driving tour...the roads are not busy and there are never any crowds around.you can park beside the lochs and rivers where you can see the views. enjoy your travels...I DID!!
Safety - by Jessica MMS from Milton Keynes
Always wear a safety belt - even for shorter distances. If you get lost do not stop just anywhere to ask anyone, chose a well lit place with many people around to read your map or to ask directions from non suspicious looking people.
Parking - by Lolly from Cape Town
Parking in Scotland was a pleasure, I felt as if I could shop all day without worrying about the car, which does not really help my purse at all....but hey. There are pay points at most of the parking area's. Please make sure that you pay the machine and display your ticket clearly on the dashboard, they will give you a ticket or clamp your wheels.
